1. If we understood you correctly, you want the custom filed field that you created in the Google calendar to appear? 

User or appointment details can be displayed in Google Calendar. You just need to put placeholders in Event Description filed that you can find in settings/integrations/Google Calendar 

If you have a custom field that you want to insert into the Event Description in Integrations/Google Calendar/Event Title and Description, you just need to copy it from the notifications and insert it here.

2. The fact that you see that name is because you booked with that name - for that person while you were logged in as an admin. When you do it again, you must do it from an incognito window. We would have to do resolve that through the database, and for that, we would need access to your database and temporary admin access.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We have found the issue, you have put the custom fields under number 11 in the event description.  Since that field does not exist, the data could not be displayed.

The correct ID number of the custom field that you should have set is 7.

We have now changed it for you, you can check it in the event description and now everything should work for you.
