Hi, I recently got some help with customizing our pet business service names to include a pet's name on the Calendar invite (so our pet handlers know where to go without having to open each appointment). We saw that using a custom field allowed us to include it in the default calendar appointment name integration, which was great... BUT it does not seem to work when a customer purchases a package on the front end. Or when an admin does it for them. It also doesn't seem to store the custom field anywhere... or allow me to connect that custom field to an actual user meta field. Customizing appointment names was an important breakthrough and we developed a whole big update around it, changing all our services, etc.. But packages are also an important part of our offering, and we need those appointments to be named just as if they were booked separately. Can you help?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
You are right, it does not work like it is supposed to, I have passed this issue to our developers and hopefully, this will be fixed soon. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Worth mentioning that on the back end it's impossible to specify custom variables, the way you can location, for example. Not sure if that's a bug or by design, but thought I'd bring it up now. :) Thanks again.
