We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have an intro class that then leads into the class I give to regular students. So the new intro students then go on to join the classes of the main evevnt
The into-class event creates the Zoom links for the two classes online. But to give them access to the links in the main regular class event, which has many more dates, I have to book them separately into that event at present.
Is there a way of linking the zoom links generated for the main regular class event into the intro event booking? So I can have them to book into one event but have access to all the zoom links ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Each appointment and each event is booked differently and registered differently and therefore receives different links.

Any plans to incorporate that?
The problem I have is I have intro customers asking why I have to book them into two separate events and £0 one of the teh invoices, which is set at the regular ,memebrs fee. It makes everything very amateurish, not to mention self-defeating as an automated system.

We do not have that information at this time and I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
