We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I've opened a ticket on july 12 because when I try to add a new appointment on the backend, only one location is available, also if that location is not the right one for the day selected.
In my case I have 4 location: Florence (THU and FRI) , Milan(WED), Sansepolcro (MON) and Online (WED).
On the frontend everything is fine, on the backend if I try to add an appointment only Milan is available, also with admin account.
You answered that: "We've investigated this a little deeper and there is a minor bug. Our developers are working on it and we hope it will be resolved soon. Unfortunately, we cannot give you the eta, but it will be fixed as soon as possible."
I've just updated the plugin to 5.2 but the problem is still here! When are you planning to solve this problem? It's mandatory to have a solution for september, when the job start again.

Thank you for your interest in our product.
We are working on it, there were several older fixes implemeted and we had a big update where we launched our new booking form. Unfortunately, not every issue can be resolved for the next update. But it should be solved in one of the next updates.
