I need to have 2 checkout forms. One is customer facing and uses a popup with an employee focused form, the other is a service focused form which my sales reps would either use themselves to book appointments for their client or for which they would send their clients to. We need to know if a client came from one of our sales representatives.
Is it possible to add a custom field (where the client would write the rep's name) that would appear on the service booking form and not our employee popup form?
or
Can I display 2 service types on the service form and then disable them for the other form so they do not show?
Hello,
I am trying to work out the checkout process for my sales reps. I have a couple of questions to help me work it out.
Is it possible to add a custom field that would appear on a service booking form and not our employee popup form?
or
Can I display 2 service types on the service form which would not appear on the popup form?
Hello Roxane,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, I do not undertand your query, can you please elaborate on it?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

Hello Roxane,
Thank you for clearing that up.
The only option would be to separate these services by categories and then show one category in a popup and the other one in the other booking form.
Hope this helps you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
