When they book at the front, they can choose several locations and when they choose a location, they can choose for a specific day and thus the slot and employee who is at that location at that moment.
The same can be booked on the back, but you need to check which employee is working for you that day at a certain time at that location.
You set the employee working hours and working hours at which location in the employee working hours like this
I am not sure if you have had a look at the attachment I sent to accompany my question as you seem to misunderstand. Therefore I am attaching a more elaborate flow with screenshots to show (amelia2.doc).
All is set up well work hours and location wise for the one employee we have. She works in two locations as set under work hours settings for that employee. All good here. But in the back end that location does not show at all when booking an appointment.
Please have a look at the attached. There must be a setting I missed or else the plugin will be completely useless as we would have to manually book under the incorrect location which will trigger incorrect e-mails to clients as you will understand.
By the way, I feel strongly that backend bookings should not be limited to work hours or locations that are set under settings. There should be a warning when you are deviating from standard settings but if someone is for instance willing to work an hour outside of normal hours or come to another location for a client this should be possible to plan in the back end.
It is possible that we misunderstood you and we apologize for that. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

As for booking outside office hours we have option called Allow admin to book at any time. You can find it Amelia/settings/role settings/admin

We have noted this issue and this is worked on and should be resolved in the next few updates. Thank you for your patience.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks for the quick response. Do I understand you are 2nd line support since you replied just after Marko did?
From what you are saying I understand that backend booking options are incomplete because of the plugin design itself and not because of my settings. As a result, whenever someone calls to make a booking I cannot do the booking for a certain amount of cases in the backend.
You mention it will be solved in the next few updates. Is there any estimation you might give for this time wise? Are we talking possibly months until it is solved? That would be extremely dissappointing and may cause me to start all over selecting new functionality and implementing it ... Right now it is stopping us from scaling.
We have checked with our colleagues and this should be implemented in the next update, but due to the nature of the developing and testing processess, it could be prolonged a bit. We hope it won't be prolonged, but we can't promise anything at this moment.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Hello,
When booking in frontend a customer can choose locations for a certain service.
When doing a booking in the back-end (when a customer has called for an appointment and we enter manually) there is only one location shown.
Is there something that can be done with the settings to avoid this? This is very strange.
Thanks,
Jeroen
