I'm seeing an error in the logs and would like help for:
1) How to track down the offending table that's causing this (I have over 100 tables)
2) how to prevent the error in the first place.
Whatever is happening seems to be triggering some sort of loop which is then spinning forever (or at least until timeout). That's consuming all available resources and bringing the machine to its knees.
The error in the logs looks like this:
[Tue Aug 16 03:26:10.752960 2022] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 2608:tid 140486467630848] [client 2a02:598:aaaa:2::8017:52684] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "rider" in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/frontend/table_body.inc.php on line 13PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "captain" in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/frontend/table_body.inc.php on line 13PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "rider" in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/frontend/table_body.inc.php on line 13PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "captain" in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/frontend/table_body.inc.php on line 13PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "rider" in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/frontend/table_body.inc.php on line 13PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "captain" in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/frontend/table_body.inc.php on line 13PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "rider" in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/frontend/table_body.inc.php on line 13PHP message: PHP Warning.... (continues for multiple lines afterwards).
To be honest, i never saw an error like that - i will urgently escalate it with our 2nd level Team.
As soon as they advise, we will report back right away.
Would it be possible for us to get access to the page with the issue?
And if its possible to inspect the back-end of WP-Admin?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
