My customer is putting in special days which results in the calendar being empty and the following message appearing on the website: It seems like there are no employees or services created, or no employees are assigned to the service, at this moment.
This happens if we put in more than two special days. At first I thought it was the special day working hour clashing with the regular working out but the booking works as long as there are only two special days no matter which dates they are.

3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:
In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Once you add it, you can enable the "Predefine Booking parameters" slider, and then select "Category 1" and "Location 1". After you save it, add a special day to the employee and recheck the page - this shouldn't happen.
I'm interested, though, in this template - can you show me how you created it?
Hi, I am already using the amelia blocks. Ive attached a screenshot to show this - you can see on the left side I have used the block and selected the parameters.
The way it is working is that the amelia block are in a template in a template and the templates are used to set the bookings up in tabs. We have one tab for the barbers and one tab for the barber in training and the duration and prices are different for these two. To I have a tab for barbers wherein there is a template and the template contains the amelia block.

I'm just having a hard time understanding this approach - why are you doubling your work? I mean, the template is not dynamic, right? So, you need to create a template where you add Amelia's shortcode, then you create a tab where you add the shortcode to call that template. Why not just replace [elementor-template id="741"] with [ameliacatalog category=1 location=1] in one tab, and the same in the other tab?
I don't see that the template affects the design of the home page, but I may be wrong - that's why I'm asking.

To answer your question:
I had quite a lot of issues when using the tabs block in showing the amelia correctly and it needed a lot of fixing. In the end it was easier to work with on a seperate page and use it as a template. I also had opened a different ticket for a issue I had with the amelia catalog acting up in the tabs which you guys helped fix.
They logged it as a bug two days ago, so hopefully they'll be able to fix it before the next update rolls out.
Can you try using Amelia blocks until this is resolved?
That glitch that was resolved was back in June, if I'm not mistaken, and we have fixed quite a few bugs since then, so it could be that you will have no issues with the form if you use our blocks now.
I dont have an issue with the current setup and as mentioned earlier I am already using Amelia Blocks.
I have an issue with the special days closing the catalog and the whole calendar. I have worked around it with creating "Time off" services until your team fixes the issue.
