Good afternoon, I'm using the regular version of Amelia. I can say it's a really great booking plugin but I'm surprised how can it not allow to make an appointment at the same time in such a booking plugin. In short, I tried to edit your plugin to get an appointment at the same time without the plugin, but it was very difficult for me. on the other hand i need this setting. I assume you will help me with this. I am wating your answer. Thx
What do you mean when you say regular version? Do you have the Lite version or a full license?
The same employee cannot work on two services at the same time because that would lead to double booking.
If it is one service, you can create it to be a group booking, or if it is a 1-on-1 service, then you have to create 2 or more employees so that more people can book the same time slot.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
