When we added all these appointments in, it was with the UTC 0 time zone, so I don't want to go in and change every single one so I would prefer to leave it at UTC 0.
The time on the left was working perfectly fine before with the UTC 0 so I don't think that was the issue.
I had a developer hide 12:00am to 6:00 am in the calender so the client doesn't need to scroll down every time, perhaps the issue lies with that in that it has bumped the slots?
It looks like the blocks displaying the appointments are not actually part of the table. Unfortunately that means I can't hide any rows without moving them out of sync.
I have one more question related to the Google Calendar integration.
I have set up the integration, but is there a way to push all existing appointments into the calendar instead of just adding the new ones that have been added post integration?
Did you guys end up successfully hiding hours in the Calendar view that are outside of the "Working Hours"? We need to do the same thing because I don't understand why 12:00 am is shown if the first available appointment is 08:30 am. The extra time slots just mean we have to scroll for no logical reason.
Hello,
In the Amelia Calendar, we have a weird issue where the time on the left of the calendar does not align with the time assigned for the appointment.
I have attached a screenshot for you to see.
Can you please let me know how to resolve this.
Thanks

Hello Tyson,
Can you please change the time zone settings to the time zone of your city instead of "UTC+0" and let me know if this helped you?
Looking forward to your reply.

If I do that, it shifts all of my appointments.

Hello Tyson,
Thank you for providing me with an update.
It could have been because that time span was hidden. Can you please provide us with the code that you developer used to hide that time span?
Looking forward to your reply.

My developer who made that change is away on vacation.
Are you able to see the code in the CSS files?
Spoke to my developer.
It looks like the blocks displaying the appointments are not actually part of the table. Unfortunately that means I can't hide any rows without moving them out of sync.
The CSS can be found here https://jrekautocare.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=4557&action=edit
How can we hide the early hours while also editing the left time slots
Hello Tyson,
At the moment, it is not possible to hide these rows without times being all messed up after that.
I will have this sent to our developers for possible workaround and will provide you with an update as soon as we have one.

Ok - thank you for the update.

Hello Tyson,
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible as only the new appointments get transferred to the Google Calendar.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Oliver,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our developers are working on this and it will be implemented in one of the future updates, but there is no ETA on this.
