We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
We have a babysitting service and Amelia looks like a great plugin for this...However the babysitting service time is dependant on the customers needs...(they may need a sitter for an hour....or 5 hours etc)
So we need to be able to either:
Allow multiple booking slots (sequential) to be selected as part of single booking workflow; or:
Allow the customer to choose a preset time range: 1hr, 2hrs, 3hrs, 4hrs, 5hrs etc
Are either of these scenarios supported?
Many thanks Stu
Hello Stu,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
You can achieve this with Amelia extras option just set up the time slot for one hour, and you can add extras to that services for example: if your appointment is by default one hour but the client wants an appointment of two or three hours he can add one or two extras (one or two appointments for one hour) to the default appointment. By selecting these extras, your Customers will be able to change the Service duration to 2-3-4 hours.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thanks Marko, Seems theres no way i can test this without paying for the plugin? Is there a temporary license you can provide so i can test these features?
Alternatively does one of your demo's show what this looks like?
All good i was able to modify a demo and look at this functionality. Looks good,
Hello Stu,
Unfortunately, we do not have a free trial but you can check out our demos like you did already or you can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
