The configuration for my packages is that the client already books the services included in the package at the same time he is buying the package. That works fine BUT when he then goes to pay, he pays for the package plus all the services he is booking (that he is allready paying with the package).
The service included in the package is associated to a woocommerce product with a price. Is that the problem?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside' as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The calendar view is very bad. The slots are huge because the time settings for the services is 15 minutes. It´s impossible to view one entire week on the screen. If the whole calendar was smaller it could fit the screen. And if there is more than 1 booking it doesnt show, I just see "more" and then I have to click on it to see the other bookings. Also the calendar shows from 1am in the morning for example, and the opening hours are set from 10 to 22h. Is there a way to fix this?
Also, in the booking form widgets, I know I can choose the categorie or service I want to inlcude, but is there a way to exclude a certain service or employee in one booking form? For example: show all the services of category X except service number 7

Yes, you can achieve this with Amelia. When you offer group classes you need to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
I have another Problem with the Google calendar sync.
1.When I delete just 1 appointment from Amelia it does disappear from the Google calendar but if I select many bookings from Amelia and delete them at the same time, they dont get deleted from Google calendar.
2. If a cancelled appointment from Amelia is changed to approved it doesnt appear on Google calendar.

When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

We are unable to replicate this issue > on our testing sites, if we create an approved appointment > then cancel it,
wait for the Calendar Event to disappear;
then we approve it again > it appears again in the Calendar. I am attaching a Video recording so you can see how it works on our Test Site.

It might be a specific issue for your site.
With your permission, we can make a little test on your site :
Add a Test employee, connected to our Calendar , add a free Test booking > make an appointment,
then cancel it, wait a bit > and approve it again > to see if we can inspect the issue.

In the clients tab backsatge: is there a way to see more than 9 clients per page?
For this purpose, you can configure the "Default items per page" option on the Amelia/Settings/General settings page.
