Hi,
We've set up two Events on our website. Each event (one is on 8th October) have 3 ticket types and there are 5 spaces available for each when we set the event up.
One of the ticket types (called Grades 2-4) is SOLD OUT, and shows as 0 spaces available. But you are still able to book this ticket? Surely, you shouldn't be able to? Is there something set up wrong here?
Also, another question. Can I set it up so that the same person can buy 1 ticket (Young Dogs say) and 1 more ticket (Grades 2-4 for example) in the same transaction? It only seems to let people by 1 ticket type at a time.
Many thanks for your help,
Matt
Hello Matt,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You have two options, you can define exactly how many tickets are available for a certain category
And you can also set the maximum allowed spots
If the maximum allowed spots are set to 15, for example, customers will be able to book all 15 tickets in one category if they want.
Also, customers can buy as many tickets as they need
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
