We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

URGENT PROBLEM WITH AMELIA API CALL

    Hi there,

    There is a Critical issue with the Amelia API call when a user is trying to apply a coupon at the checkout. Can you please check it out and sort it out as soon as possible as this is causing issues for many websites?

    Also, the available quantities of each slot are messed up!!!! When booking for a specific slot that has 40 quantity available, it closes the slot no matter how many quantities the user choose to book for. For example, the available quantity for each time slot is 40 and the customer books for 5 quantity, the specific slot classes and does not allow other customers to book at the specific slot.

    This appeared after the latest updates. Can you please check it out ASAP????

    Hello Stav, 

    Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us. 

    In regards to the appointments when you offer group classes you need to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
