When I change or delete bookings, it does not update or change the booking on the synced google calendar. Is this an error or is it not a function that is possible?
If you connected an employee to the google calendar - and set everything correctly, it should be working.
We tested, and can't replicate the issue on our local Testing sites, so it might be perhaps a configuration error, or something else, specific to your setup/site.

Can you please double-check these points?
Did you enable this setting in Amelia settings > Integrations > Google Calendar: 'Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots' :
And did you connect the employee to their Google Calendar on the employee profile?
Another important note: In order to use 2-way Google synchronization properly your employees should set statuses of the events in their Google calendars as Busy. That way, time slots occupied by those events will be removed from Amelia calendar.
-
Also, please check this number , in Amelia settings / Integrations / Google Calendar :
Maximum Number Of Events Returned:
If you set this too low, such as 50 > After the Calendar returns 50 events, it will stop making Busy Slots in Amelia , so please increase it to a higher number.
Depending on your server performance, if it is not great, perhaps try with lower numbers first, such as 1000;
If you go through all of this - but still can see the issue;
wth your permission, i can add my test employee to your Amelia, and i can connect my Google Calendar, to see if i can replicate the behaviour and isolate the issue?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

All the employees are connected to the same company google calendar....
What exactly does this option mean?
If an employee books a slot and this is enabled then the google calendar does not mark that slot as busy so someone else can also book that slot with another employee, or does it book that slot as busy so no one else can book that slot even though it's another service, another employee and another location?
If I don't enable that option, the Max nr of events is grey-ed out
1. That is used if you wish to create a busy time slot for Amelia. So, for example, let's say if any kind of a Busy time slot gets passed to the Calendar - or if you manually create a Busy Calendar Event for a certain time span;
then this time span will be absolutely busy for Amelia - even if it is another service, employee, location >
all the employees that you connected will become busy for that time slot.
( i hope i explained it correctly, but of course, please let me know if it is not clear )
2.
Yes - if you don't enable this option, then no Calendar Events will return to Amelia, to make busy time slots;
and if you enable it - then you can set a maximum limit; if the limit gets reached, then the Calendar stops sending Busy time slots to Amelia - and you have to increase it to get more busy slots synchronized.

Hi, PeriPeriCreative
Sorry for the delayed answer

More details on this page, if you can please double-check everything from there as well.

I will clarify on that option.
