We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

First, i really want to tell you how your extension is awesome.
The development is really nice, it's very fast, and UX friendly !
But ...
I am a developper and i really notice that the select is really bad ... To choose the employee or the service, the select is really broken and so far from the awesome UX you did... You can't show the full description .... The Long titles text are cut with "..." and you can't see on smartphone the full title that is really really not convenient for users, and you have some screen shakes when you open it.. You can't show the description and youre title is cut ... not really nice...
I wanted to suggest you something that i think is so much simple but more convenient and UX friendly i think, because i'm doing lots of benchmarks, i really think that you are one of the best one ! But just this little thing can change a lot... You have so much free place below these selects... I think you should use it and we can win one less click.

If you just allow us to show directly all the services like in the screen i sent to you, it would be so so so convenient, simple and user friendly... What do you think about it ?
