We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is it possible to load the same email more than once for various employees. Example, although there are 5 employees, all bookings are monitored and confirmed by the admin lady, so she must get every booking notification.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please check out the "Send all notifications to additional addresses:" option in Amelia > Settings > Notifications:
This option allows you to set multiple additional addresses that will receive all notifications that you have enabled on the Notifications page. If, for example, you want the admin and/or manager to receive all emails about appointments, just write their email addresses here and all email notifications that will be sent to employees and customers will be sent to these email addresses as well. Once you fill in the first address press enter and the first address will be saved so you can add then the second one press enter, etc.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy

No, I don't want to send to the employee AND another mail. The employee must not get a mail. Each employee that i load's email address must be the admin email address and not the employees own email address. So I need to load an employee using the same email address as another employee, as all the employees
Dear PeriPeriCreative,
All right, so you know each employee needs to have an email, if you don't need a separate email for each you can create with Gmail or Outlook the same email with +number, and they will be seen as a different one (you need to use Gmail or Outlook).
If your employee email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with the same email by adding numbers like [email protected], [email protected]... )
I hope it helps,

I don't understand...
Must I create [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] until I have [email protected]? Or do I not actually create the emails just in the email field ad the +1 or +55 or +309?
Will the original email address, [email protected] then be notified for each of these emails?
And when you say outlook email you mean [email protected]?
So I can't use my actual email address and now need to go set up a whole google account to try and make this work?
Dear PeriPeriCreative,
>Or do I not actually create the emails just in the email field ad the +1 or +55 or +309?
Yes, you can just add numbers to the email address [email protected] in the email field, it will be recognized as another email address by our system, but all emails will go to [email protected]
>Will the original email address, [email protected] then be notified for each of these emails?
Yes
>And when you say outlook email you mean [email protected]?
Yes
>So I can't use my actual email address and now need to go set up a whole google account to try and make this work?
Yes, this workaround only works with Gmail and Outlook.

Have a great day!
