When you want to show the price of the service combined with all Extras, you need to use the %appointment_price% placeholder. The %service_price% placeholder will only show the price of the service, without extras that are added to the appointment.

I am not sure if we correctly understood you, when you say multiple appointments;

do you mean,  when a customer books a recurring appointment with extras?

In that case, we don't have any placeholder to calculate a total of all the recurring appointments, and we can't develop it quickly - but you can suggest it for our devs, if you wish.

 to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

At this time, we have this placeholder to load all the recurring appointment details in a notification, if a customer books several appointments in this way: %recurring_appointments_details%

And if you configure it, you can add the %appointment_price% > this will show all of the extras price along with the appointment prices.

I am not sure if i understood this.

Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems.

You can check out more details about all the payment method integration on our documentation pages, they are:

On-Site payments;
