I am creating a custom Notification template using HTML but I have an issue related to placeholder. I have services with extras and I have to show all the appointments and extras prices altogether but there is no placeholder for the total price so how to create a new placeholder or is there another option, please solve this issue I am stucked.
When you want to show the price of the service combined with all Extras, you need to use the %appointment_price% placeholder. The %service_price% placeholder will only show the price of the service, without extras that are added to the appointment.
I am not sure if we correctly understood you, when you say multiple appointments;
do you mean, when a customer books a recurring appointment with extras?
In that case, we don't have any placeholder to calculate a total of all the recurring appointments, and we can't develop it quickly - but you can suggest it for our devs, if you wish.
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

At this time, we have this placeholder to load all the recurring appointment details in a notification, if a customer books several appointments in this way: %recurring_appointments_details%
And if you configure it, you can add the %appointment_price% > this will show all of the extras price along with the appointment prices.

Hi, Daniel
I am not sure if i understood this.
Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems.
You can check out more details about all the payment method integration on our documentation pages, they are:
PayPal, Stripe, RazorPay ;
WooCommerce integration;
Mollie integration
On-Site payments;

Please let me know if one of these options might serve for the purpose?
If not, we will still be here to help you achieve your goal.
Maybe i misunderstood, please let me know if that's the case.
Thank you
