I've installed the plugin and made a free class to test the client's Backend, but when i make the purchase it doesn't sends me to the client panel to see the purchased classes.
so i have some doubts
1.- How to enable the client's backend to see your purchased classes
2.- How to enable all users by default to have an account to enter the backend without manually having to create a user in Wordpress.
Can you make sure that you have enabled this setting, please? In Amelia settings / Role settings/ Customer : Automatically create Amelia Customer user
Enable this option and from that point each time when a new customer schedules the appointment he will automatically get the customer user role and an email with the username, URL link for setting the password, and a link to your booking form.
If someone is already a WordPress user, and they book an appointment for the first time in Amelia while logged in to WP,
the customer created in Amelia will be connected to that WP user and the WP user will get the Amelia Customer role too (there are plugins for managing multiple roles in WP, such as User role editor).
This way they will have the same login info for the Amelia customer panel and WordPress.
-
Let me know how all that seems, and if you have any questions.
Thank u very much for your help, now i have the user panel but one doubt, is there a way to hide the WordPress bar when a user is logged, because i will manage all with the amelia customer panel so i don't need the wordpress panel for the users that buy classes, i'm attaching an image with the bar that i want to hide
I will have to ask my senior colleagues if it is possible to hide the WordPress bar from logged-in users...
I think there is a way to hide it -but i believe if we do it, it will probably hide the bar from everyone, even Administators, so I'm not sure if that is a good solution.
-
I am just not sure if i understand your goal... Could you clarify some details that you need to achieve.
For example, do you need customers to have access to the WordPress back-end, or will Administator handle the back-end?
If you only need customers to have access to the front-end customer Panel; then you can just disable to "Automatically create WP user" for customers;
and they will still be able to use Customer Panel to see/manage their bookings on the front-end.
-
So, I'm not sure, if you need them to have back-end access or maybe not?
If you can elaborate a bit more on this, please. Thank you
I just noticed something, to be honest i am not sure how this is supposed to be.
For example, on my Test site, if i am not logged in as Admin, if i only log in with a customer, and a WP user who has only a Customer role;
then he can not see the WP bar on top at all :
This is how it looks for that user:
-
Then, only if i log in as Admin, i can see the bar on my site :
So, check what kind of roles your customers have - try to see, if you only give them the Amelia Customer role > can you get the same behaviour as on my site - the customers maybe won't even see the bar, after that?
In the meantime, i will still check for advise with senior colleagues. Thank you
I have another little doubt i don't know if theres another way to do it
For example i have a masterclass service, wich it can be on a face-to-face mode or Virtual mode, each class has differnet prices, but i want to leave only one button and once you click on Book Here you can choose one of the 2 different services
the way that i have it only allows me to set one service on the popup
is there another way to do it, or i need to set 2 different buttons on the first step "book virtual here" and "book face.to-face here"
For future reference, when you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
Amelia doesn't have virtual locations, so whether the service will be provided via Zoom or in-person depends on Service settings. If you link your employee(s) to Zoom profile(s), and you enable "Zoom" in Service settings, this service will always be held via Zoom.
So, if you want two services - one for in-person, and the other one via Zoom you would need to create two buttons and have each button open a different service.
If you're using Elementor popups, you will need a different button ID for each button.

Hi, Arturo
Sorry for the delay
I believe that i have the solution to this.
