My query is whether it is possible to trigger any kind of event, hook or notification specifically when a customer books for the first time ?
As Amelia customers seem to be linked to Wordpress users, I don't know if it's possible to trigger an event on the Wordpress side - ie when a new user is created? eg sending an email containing a coupon code.
We have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part).
