The issue could be that you use the old form and the new form on the same page. The old forms use vue2 and the new forms use vue3, and for this reason old and new booking forms cannot be used on the same page for now.
You need to separate them and place them on different pages and purge the cache after that and everything will work as it should. We know it's not an ideal solution, but for now, you have to separate them or use the old forms together on the same page until all the new forms are released.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Hello - can you 100% confirm that calendars cannot be mixed, you cannot have V1 and V2 on same page?
Because of this ticket - https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3097665/ - I am forced to use both V1 and V2 calendars and I currently have them on the same page and everything seems to be working, although page is not yet public.
No one can ever guarantee 100% anything, but we have had several cases where removing the old form or the new one solved the issue. Vue 2 and Vue 3 do not work well together and every client who removed one form from the page and cleared the cache reported to us that the issue was resolved.
You can also try to remove one form and purge the cache from the site and let us know if that solved the issue for you as well as for other clients.
After selecting a service and clicking Continue, the Date and Time slots do not display for the customer to select.
