If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. 

Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. 

Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.

As for this issue please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The shortcode cannot be displayed because you have not created categories and services.

When you create new categories and services, change the shortcode to match the category and service ID and everything should work for you.

Thanks, for the additional explanation.As we are not familiar with brizy, we did not want to change anything on that page, but we created a new page and put our shortcode there and as far as we can see, everything is working. You can see it on the screenshot that we are sending you

It is better to use loco translate or poedit if you can not achieve everything with loco translate. 

Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you install Loco Translate and then translate these strings.

If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:

1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.

2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.

3. You need to download and install POEDIT. 

4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

5. Translate all the strings that are not translated

6. Save the translation.

7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.

This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
