Our customers often buy gift vouchers for our services. When they make an appointment using Amelia, we need to accept the Gift Voucher as a payment method. This is necessary because we take a deposit to minimise last minute cancellations and if gift vouchers can't be used then the customer we have a problem with deposit enforcement, refunds etc.
We don't have gift vouchers but we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part).
