I am having issues with the recurring bookings. As I go through the booking process to make sure it is running properly I noticed that if a client wants to book a recurring appointment and let's say they wanted to book once a week for the next 2 weeks the form shows 3 appointment dates not 2. But on the sidebar it states that there are 2 recurring appointments. So as they get to the payment section it asks for payment of three appointments.
Also I have packages of either 5 or 10 blocks of personal training sessions and as these are also recurring sessions, if a client books either of these blocks, and has made recurring appointments for the total of the package, the payment system does not allow just the one off payment for the package total. I have edited the settings for the packages to which it states in the dropdown box "Customers will have to pay only for the first appointment" but id is not applying to the booking process.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
Packages and Recurring Appointments are two different features. - Amelia does not have the option to charge for each appointment either from a recurring session or from a package - so if everything is paid at once - everything is paid in one go and Amelia cannot call payment after that - that does not exist in Amelia's code.
If they only pay for the first appointment, then they only pay for the first and all others are charged on-site because Amelia cannot call for payment after that - it does not exist in the code.
You cannot set packages because you have a basic Basic license and the packages option is available with pro and developer licenses.
Also, you set the price of the service to be $630 and you set it to be recurring - that cannot work as a package, you set the price of the service and the customer pays for that service for each appointment. So, if the service costs $630, that's $630 per appointment. 10 appointments = 630 * 10 that is 6300. That's why this price is displayed.
If you want to have the packages of services option, you need to upgrade to a pro license. If you choose to so you can do that from your profile in our store.
Hope this explains your issue.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
I clients are not receiving emails notifying them of upcoming appointments and also they are not receiving email to reset their password for client panel
Appointment reminders notifications users can receive via cron. Cron serves as a notification reminder and it is part of WordPress, not Amelia, and as such you need to set it up in WordPress or contact your hosting provider to set up cron for you.
As for customer panel login notifications, we can try and see what the issue is, but we would need temporary admin access.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
