In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I updated from 4.9 to 5.1 a few days ago but it appears that there is a conflict between versions. Is there a way to rollback? Or a place we can download older versions.
Issue - I updated and it appears to not integrate with Woocommerce properly. From what my client is telling me, (I'm not seeing the issue on my devices) is you can add an event or appt normally but when you go to the cart, there is no information about what you just added OR the option to go to the checkout - no subtotal, tax or option to checkout. Worked fine prior to update.
Is there a version of Amelia with Woocommerce specific fixes?

I noticed the update push for 5.2. It appears to correct the issue I had with the default number that is referenced in my other ticket.
I was wondering if your level 2 team had a chance to explore this issue OR if we are calling it cleared up?

We have implemented several fixes in the latest version and most of the issues should be resolved when the cache is purged from the site. Can you confirm that the issue is resolved now?
