We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Good afternoon

    It has been two months since I first reported major issues with Amelia which took place immediately after the last upgrade. I raised x7 incidents all of which have been closed. When will we have a stable upgrade to fix all the reported issues ?

    Hello Mariano,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I checked in the system and we see that all tickets have been answered. Now we have the 5.1 version which contains a lot of fixes and we are sending it to you in an attachment. I don't know what you reported in the past, but we are working every day to improve Amelia and solve various issues. Most of them have been solved at this point, while some fixes require more time and probably will be solved in one of the next updates but we can not make any promises at this moment. 

    We are sending you the latest version of Amelia in the attachment and a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.

    Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled. 

    Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

    When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
