We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
First off I would like to thank you for your amazing software. It has changed our lives.
I recently received an email saying that the payments have been failing to renew the software for this year.
I have been able to make a payment with my PayPal to secure it for the following year, but the client would like it to be on they're company card.
When we initially set up the account the clients card said " Jaseph " on the card instead of "Joseph". So we had to use the typo to set up the account as we had no choice.
They have since received a new card with the correct name on the card " Joseph" .
So concluding, if someone could help me with figuring out how to fix this issue that would be great.
Neither Paddle or Amelia or TMS have immediate support so I cannot fix the issue other than back and forth emails.

That's up to Paddle, it's our reseller, we don't take your data, only your mail. You need to contact them/to write to them at https://paddle.net/contact. And they have the possibility to change this info for you.
