Unfortunately, each chart on the page uses an admin-ajax function to fetch the chart and display it on the front-end. There's no way to speed that up, I'm afraid.
We have a strong server, and a lot of memory, but we've never experimented with this many charts on a single page. We'll forward the usecase to our developers, so they can work on it in the future, but I believe you'll need to split your charts into multiple pages in order for them to load faster.
You can fill in the form with any email and contact information to get past the modal. It's just to collect leads.
