It does not change language when I change the language switch, and it does show translate as Icon in the customer input filed, but it cannot save at all! It does not have a save button. Please see my screen capture.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.

Regarding your particular issue, i am not sure i understood completely. You are not able to save any changes on the back-end?
I can not see your screen capture :
Could you provide more details, maybe record your screen to show me the issue - then i can help resolve it?
I am sorry, but i don't understand what data you are referring to ? If you mean, our "dummy employees", customers, appointments, etc;
this was made by our developers for Demo purposes - but we are not able to share it;
In any case, it should be very easy to create a few Test employees, customers, and other data for testing.
-
But if you mean for us to explain how we made the design of the Demo site, for health care;
all demo websites are built for showing purposes with Bridge theme , and our support does not cover creating a design for our users,
but you can ask if you need guidance for something specific -and we can try to help you?
3.
If somebody had success deploying Amelia on multilingual site, and can share the experience, it will be very appreciated!
We have a large number of users who use Amelia on a multilingual site without issues, Amelia is absolutely compatible for that, we can assure you.
At the moment we have Spanish, German, Dutch, Russian, Romanian, French, Finnish, Italian, Swedish, Brazilian Portuguese, Portuguese, Greek, Arabic, Slovak, Hungarian, Danish, Belgian, Japanese, Polish, Hebrew, and Chinese translation. Approximately 90-95% of the plugin is translated into the languages stated above, but you can always translate it using Poedit or Loco Translate.
Translating all strings in the plugin is very easy since there is a file with all strings ready for translation. We usually advise using Loco Translate or POEDIT, and here are the steps that you need to take to translate the plugin. This is an example for the French language:
Download and install POEDIT.
After that, open the program and open the file from your website located in ..wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
Translate all the strings that are not translated
Save the translation.
If you’re using some other PO editor, other than POEDIT you may need to compile the .mo file also. POEDIT does this automatically, but we cannot guarantee that for other editors.
Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
During the translation of all these strings, you will notice that this file doesn’t have the names of your categories, services, custom fields, descriptions, and notification templates since all these need to be translated directly in the plugin.
Thank you for your quick reply and detailed explanation.
This is what I try to say. for 1 and 2.
I use the Admin page to create an employee, it needs support in English/Chinese
This is my screenshot:
You see, when I create an employee, it shows a translate icon, I click it, and it shows above pup-up, I can put translate names, but cannot save it. What does this do? How to make your product work in a different language?
3. Current I did not need to translate to other languages, but think you for your detailed explanation.
I am new to WordPress, I see those plugins, some tools are easy to understand, but some like Amelia are hard to understand. Do we have any documents? Or some guide steps.
I. steps for creating content.
II. steps for adding widgets to the page.
II. What is the inside process logic? What are other plugins required?
Our support is limited to a certain point. We are not able to provide complete beginner tutorials for everything, but we will do our best to help you get started as much as possible.
For example, if you are completely new to WordPress, i will suggest this site, https://www.wpbeginner.com/ .They have great advice and tutorials. To be honest, i learned a lot when i was beginning from there, so i can recommend them.
- In order for Amelia translations to work - first you have to set a default WordPress language > in WP General settings.
For this language, you should not add as "additional languages" in Amelia - since Amelia will select it by default.
So, for example, if the main WP language of your site would be English (US);
and if you wish Chinese, and Spanish(Mexico), as additional, you can go to Amelia settings/General settings, and add only Chinese and Spanish ( but not English, since it's already default).
Then, when you go to employees/translate, as on your screenshot > you will be able to save different translation, for Chinese, and Spanish.
-
But for translating Amelia, you first have to make a multilingual site - meaning different page for each language; Amelia will then recognize which locale is set on the page > and it will switch its translations accordingly.
You can refer to previous Documentation i sent regarding the Amelia's role for translations.

Now, to go over other questions, as to help you to start.
I. steps for creating content.
I advise to slowly progress through our Documentation, you will find a lot of useful videos that we make; and we update them regularly, with up-to-date useful tips.
For example, you can start with this Quick Start Guide here; and work your way through the Documentation.
Of course, you can skip some sections, just choose the ones you need.
II. steps for adding widgets to the page.
On this page you can see various shortcodes of Amelia.
This is going to directly place Amelia content on the page. Please check it out.
II. What is the inside process logic? What are other plugins required?
I am not sure what you mean by "inside process logic" - sorry but if you can be a bit more specific, and i will advise?
-
The other plugins required, well that depends on what you need additionally on your site.
You can install a page builder, such as Elementor, for example - to make building pages easier, for a start.
It does not change language when I change the language switch, and it does show translate as Icon in the customer input filed, but it cannot save at all! It does not have a save button. Please see my screen capture.
To help me test your product, could you provide the demo data for me to import to my WordPress? Like: https://healthcare.wpamelia.com/employee-panel/
If somebody had success deploying Amelia on multilingual site, and can share the experience, it will be very appreciated!
Thanks
John

Here is a page on How to Easily Create a Multilingual WordPress Site.

Here is our Documentation on how to use Elementor builder with Amelia.
You can also use it to create pop-up modals for booking, check it out here. Using Amelia in Elementor Popup
Although, i will recommend leaving that for the end - since using pop-ups is a bit more advanced.

Let me know how all that seems, and if you have questions.
