    Hello!

    I have my new web site almost done but for my surprise, after translating all my products from Spanish (original Language)  to the other 2 languages (English and Portuguese) that comprise my site... I realised that..even though ...in the back end is all done: Titles os the products, descriptios of each courses and workshops (see in attachment)....In the front they remain all in Spanish even when I am in English and Portuguese page...(see in attachment)

    Please, explain step by step of how to fix it.

    When I check your booking page for English (https://www.alinetisato.com/en/evaluation-call/) I can see everything is in English:

    I can't replicate the issue you're describing. Is there a specific page where this happens, or were you able to resolve the issue in the meantime?

    I can't believe it! 

    Did you read what I have requested ?

    I am not talking about evaluation...I am talking about Workshops and Courses...

    I even sent images in attachment of what need to be fixed...But clearly you did not take the time to look at it...

    Can you please send my request to one of your colleagues ASAP!

    I need and urgently need a solution

    Sorry, Aline, 

    You didn't leave your website or the page where the issue was, so I had to browse through other tickets to find your site URL. Thank you for clearing up where you're facing the issue.

    You tripled all your categories and services in order to create "fake" translations - that's not how Amelia works.

    On your front-end page, you're using [ameliacatalog category=4]:

    This is the "Spanish" category:

    No services within category #4 have any translations:

    Since Amelia detects the language locale on the front-end, you're using the same shortcode [ameliacatalog category=4] for all three languages, and you're expecting Amelia to somehow change the category included (category=6 for English, category=10 for Portuguese), but it can't work like that.

    I edited only the first service in Category #4 - "01 - IGung de la Cama - Adiós a la Rigidez Matinal / Corporal" and added a translation for the title:

    Which then appeared on the front-end when I changed the language to English (I'm attaching this screenshot since it's big).

    I went ahead and translated the description as well (copying it from the corresponding service in Category #6), but the only flaw here is that you can't use the HTML styling and add images to translated descriptions, so the description of the service looks like this:

    In short, Amelia works fine and there's nothing to fix. You can't create three categories for three languages - not only will it not change the language of a single page, but it can also bring up more issues with the speed of the plugin, with the booking of appointments, and so on.

    Thanks Aleksandar,

    And I am sorry I was abrupt in the last message.

    I have paid already for the person who was building my web site...and did not noticed they did not figure it out how to do it properly ...  I am having some difficulties regarding few other things they still have to fix...but then this now...much bigger thing to be fixed.

    Is there anyone in Amelia that I can teach me a couple of private classes so I can learn to do it myself?

    No worries, Aline, I understand.

    The thing is that we have quite a lot of tasks and tickets coming in, so no one really has a lot of time to jump in on calls and hold demos and such.

    I can recommend going through our YouTube Channel. We have quite a lot of videos there, and I'm sure you'll find them useful.

    For instance, I'd recommend starting with these two:

    The AppSumo webinar presentation - is an hour-long video, but you can skip to the 13th minute because the beginning is just the host waiting for people to join. The presentation itself is around 25 minutes, and then there are around 25 minutes of Q/A. This may help a lot.

    The Settings Overview video is also quite useful and it explains the main settings in the plugin.

    You're free to check them all out and let me know if you have any follow-up questions afterward. If you do, you can prepare the most important questions, and I'll do my best to help you with those.

    I am very sorry I did not reply to your complete answer sooner. I had big family issues to deal with and let my web page on the side...

    I thank you so much to put the time explaining all these ...

    Now I am back facing all the problems the people who build my new web site left, that could not figure Amelia out...

    I've read attentively to your answers and I've found even more problems in my web site  related to Amelia .

    Since it is not my filed at all and from what I can see, this takes SO MUCH time... not just from me, but from people in the filed that do not know about Amelia ...my new question is... Could you please put  me in contact with some of your team that have mastered Amelia back and forth and upside down ... so I can hire the person for couple of hours to fix all my problems with these? 

    I have purchased Amelia in 2021 and up to not have not made a penny from it ...

    Looking forward to your answer as soon as you can, please!
