We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I use a multisite that has identical content in multiple languages (currently just two, English and German, but I'm adding more languages soon). My question is, can Amelia use the global tables of a multisite so that there appears to be just one booking system that is available in multiple languages?
This post explains how to enable global tables in the Events Manager plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/want-to-show-all-event-in-a-subsite-for-ms-install/
Hello John,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We don't have integration with global tables and we can't guarantee that it will work together, we don't have any experience with it. What we can tell you is that Amelia works well on multilingual websites, so when you make your website multilingual, Amelia will be automatically translated.
Amelia currently supports these languages Spanish, German, Dutch, Russian, Romanian, French, Finnish, Italian, Swedish, Brazilian Portuguese, Portuguese, Greek, Arabic, Slovak, Hungarian, Danish, Belgian, Japanese, Polish, Hebrew, and Chinese translation. Approximately 90-95% of the plugin is translated into the languages stated above, but you can always translate it using Poedit or Loco Translate.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
