We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I bought Pro Amelia for 3 websites and need them all to go into one calendar. I find that this is not possible as they all go to their own separate calendar. I need to have a refund please as this is not what I required, but there was not enough information provided for me to understand the limitations of the product. This is not suitable for my needs.
Hi, yilidiz
I am sorry that you are having a difficult experience with our plugin.
I can assure you it is absolutely possible to connect same Calendar to multiple sites.
If you wish us to help troubleshoot the issue, please provide us with more details, what kind of error did you see when you try to connect it?
Is it integration with Google, or Outlook?
-
If you wish to reconsider about the refund, I strongly believe that we can easily help you find the issue and resolve it.
-
But if you are certain you wish to have a refund, we understand.
Here is the best /quickest way to get a refund, through our Store :
Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
-
Let me know if you have any questions, and if you reconsider, we can help you connect a Calendar to multiple sites.
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
