We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Using the Gravity forms integration.
I have been experimenting with the date filter and discovered that it seems to only work as expected if the date column is set as column 2.
If it is set as 4 there is a filter, but it is incorrect.
If you set it as anything else the filter does not work at all, no records returned.
Have tried altering the date format but that doesn't help.
Hello Mark
Sorry for the delay.
We haven't been able to replicate this locally. Can you please access our Gravity Forms sandbox site and try replicating this issue there? Also, if you can, please record your screen while you're in there, so in case you do replicate the behavior, we can send the recording to our developers, so they can have a look.
Also, as you already noticed - if you're using server-side processing for Gravity Forms-based tables, filters, sorting, and search won't work properly. It's an issue our developers have been battling for some time, but due to the way Gravity Forms stores data in the database, without their help, it'll be really hard resolving this.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
