We have a sales team and we need guests to select appointment slots and it to just assign appointments to the sales team not have customers select individual employees. Is this possible?
The working hours of the service depend on the working hours of the employee and when the customer books an appointment, he must book it with an employee.
You can disable employee selection in the customize section, but then it will be randomly assigned to one employee.
You can create an employee called sales team, maybe that option would suit you.
