We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello. We have a service that is the same wherever it is held and there are 5 or 6 Locations.
We use 'Special Days' to set these up and, when more than one Location is involved (multiple Special Days spread across more than one location) then the Booking V2 works fine - select location, see dates on calendar after clicking Continue.
But, when only one location is involved (maybe just one Special Day or more than one Special Day but all at the same location) then the Location does not show until the final stage of the booking, the 'Success' view.
Surely there is a way to display Location so that the Client knows the venue before the booking is complete?
Even if Location Input Field is set to 'Mandatory' and 'Display Field' in the customizer it will not show if only one Location is set in upcoming dates (Special Days).
I understand the logic - don't show a choice unless there actually is a choice but, when the Location is effectively hidden until a booking is complete, that is a bit of a secret/mystery booking for the client!
Thanks, Mat
Hey Mat
I completely understand what you mean, but at the moment, it's not possible for this to be displayed in the new form. The old form displays the location, employee, and the date and time before the customer clicks on "Confirm", so you can use that for now.
I forwarded the suggestion to our development team and hopefully, they'll add an option to display all this info before the appointment is actually booked. I can't promise any ETA, but you can add this as a feature suggestion on this page also.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello - coming back to this almost a year later and I wonder if this is now possible?
Thanks
Hello Mat,
Thank you for reaching back out to us and for your patience.
I have forwarded this to our developers to check on the status of this implementation, but it was not implemented yet.
I appreciate your patience.
Kind Regards,
