Hello, I need a booking plugin for a sales company that has these features:

    - Multiple agents - Turn off location option - A calendar - Outlook integration for the agents: They should be able to manage the meetings in their outlook agenda's - Option between physical meetings and zoom/microsoft teams meetings - IMPORTANT: The flexibility between physical and online meetings. We should be able to make the pre noon hours as physical meetings and the post noon hours as only online meetings. Also the agents need to have their own schedule, meaning that some agents can only have online meetings on a particular day while others can have only physical while others can have the option for both. Are these feautures, especially the last one, possible with your plugin? Thank you in advance!

    Hello Jonas,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

We will try to answer you question as best as possible

    1. You can have multiple employees

    2. We have Outlook integrations you can read more about it here

    3. You can set physical and online location but we do not have integrations with teams

    4. Yes, you can have one employee in multiple locations but not at the same time. Amelia's logic is that one employee can't be in two or more places at the same time.

You can assign employees to different locations per work period.

For example, an employee can work in London from 09 am to 12 pm and then he can be assigned to work in New York from 12 pm to 17 pm.

Or if you need your employees to be present at all locations in full time you will need to create employees for each of those locations.

You can read more about locations and how to manage them here.

    Hope this helps.

You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for your answer. But I do not think you understood my question.

What my client wants is the following:

    1) Customer visits website and can choose service and agent
    2) Customer can then see the agenda of the chosen agent
    3) The agenda will show the available blocks in the morning (with notification that this can be a consultation on site with the customer) AND the agenda will show the available blocks in the afternoon (With notification that this is only a consultation online with Zoom)

I do not think this is possible with amelia as the customer has to choose the location before they get to choose the date and time.
BUT if this is the only way, then we can make it work. So the step flow will be the following.

    1) Customer visits website and can choose service and agent
    2) Customer will choose between the 2 locations: "On site consultation" or "Zoom meeting"
    3) The agenda will show the available blocks based on what the customer has chosen. If the customer chose "On site consultation", only the pre noon time slots will be available, if the customer chose the  "Zoom meeting", only the post noon time slots should be available.

    Is this possible with amelia?
I tested the plugin extensively but I did not seem to find a way, because if you set a location you have to specify a real adress and not a general area where agents can visit customers.
Please, can you explain how this is done if this is possible?

    Hello Jonas,

Customers can choose a location first depending on that they can choose the employee and service. You can see it in the video that we are sending you.

You don't have to set the exact address, you can see it on the screenshot

And you can create two services, one offline and the other to be a zoom service. As we mentioned in employee working hours, you set when the employee will work at a certain location and service.

If you create two services, you can set the employee to work on the offline service in the morning and on the zoom service in the afternoon. What you want can be set easily with Amelia.

You can try it all on our demos or you can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.

We wish you all the best.
