On the page, the link to which I gave, the section with downloading files, but the problem is that some users can easily download the files and everything opens without problems, and some download but they get an error that access to the file is limited, a screenshot of this error I attached. Also, I noticed a pattern that users with Windows systems files are opened without problems, and those who have MacOS, do not open and writes access restrictions! Perhaps this is the reason for MacOS restrictions? Help me fix this bug!

We can't find any issues with this file, so it's most likely a user (performance)-related error. We just accessed your page and exported the table using Excel (which is generally not supported by MacOS) on a MacBook Air, and it worked fine:
This is most likely a security measure of the computers that are experiencing these issues. It's not coming from wpDataTables.
Hey guys, sorry for bugging you, but if you can get to it quickly it would be awesome. This is dragging on for a long time, and our client isn't pleased. Thanks!
Unfortunately, no - we would need to purchase Microsoft Office for Mac in order to test it and I'm not sure our financing department will allow that, but I will check with them and get back to you.
We haven't had similar complaints (maybe two or three for the past 3 years), especially not in the recent past. I apologize for the delay again.
Thanks for getting back to me. Is there another way to test it out? I am glad to do a screen share, or maybe you could download some free (pirated) version of Excel just to test it out?
I understand you didn't have issues in the recent past, but it's happening now. I wouldn't say it's my environment because multiple users across the world have experienced the same issue.
I've tried opening it again and here's the error.
Repair Result to Sanitization Software Examples Information Sheet (2)0.xml
Errors were detected in file '/Users/davidpetrovic/Downloads/Sanitization Software Examples Information Sheet (2).xlsx'
Repaired Part: /xl/worksheets/sheet1.xml part with XML error. Xml parsing error Line 1, column 378.
I'm attaching a file that I just downloaded that causes the issue, maybe it will shed some light. Also, I would really appreciate it if you could answer quickly and if we could get to the solution quicker because it's been a week and we didn't get anywhere. THanks!
We found a read-only Excel for Mac, so we installed that, and you're completely right - it doesn't open the file. The errors that we got seem to be the same ones you got (attached).
I will forward this to our development team, but I don't know if they'll be able to do anything about it soon. Our developers are working on Linux machines, so we'll need to borrow one of the Macs (probably) to troubleshoot this.
I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from our developers, though.
Hey, it seems the issue is with the "&" character in the table.
Excel on Mac has an issue with it - that is, the datatables.net library which is used for exporting used to have this issue with all Excel versions (on all computers). We can see that it's fixed for all others except for Mac.
A workaround for now would be to replace "&" with "and" in your table, and after that it will work OK. Our developers will check and see if there's anything we can do, but the external library that's responsible for this is going to be very hard to work around.

Hi Aleksandar,
I can see that you've used Apple's Numbers app rather than Excel. Do you have Excel on your Mac to test it out?
