I am creating a Wordpress website for an event management company. so I need to create a database on the Live website that is visible to my other team members who can extract data based on certain filters and download them as a PDF. mostly of my data would have general contact information (Name, phone no, Address, etc) and the type of ticket they have purchased, and a few other data. So is this use case possible with your plugin? let me know if this is possible.
I am looking for wptables. I already have Amelia and it doesn't meet my requirement. I need wptables so that I can display custom data for my internal team and they can extract data based on certain filters. In additional can I connect Google sheets to wptable for live data entry.
Sorry for the delay - and we didn't understand the goal right away, but now it seems we understand better, thank you for the clarification.
I have a couple of details i am not sure about.
When you said, that data would contain " general contact information (Name, phone no, Address, etc) and the type of ticket they have purchased, and a few other data " ;
where would this data be pulled from, do you mean to pull the data from Amelia users ; tickets, things like that?
If that's the case, we can try to point you to some tables in the WP database that hold this information, but we can't build a custom SQL Query for you.

1.
Technically speaking, any data that is stored in the database, you should be able to pull it by using our SQL Query feature with tables;
but depending on the complexity, it requires a certain skill level with SQL;
Please note: Using this plugin feature requires at least a basic knowledge of SQL. It is assumed that you can create the table in some MySQL data manager (e.g., PHPMyAdmin, MySQL Workbench), and prepare a SQL query that will return the data you need. If you do not know how to use MySQL, refer to the “Create a MySQL-query-based table by generating a query to MySQL database” section. It will explain how to create complete tables or MySQL queries without this basic knowledge. Please be advised that preparing MySQL queries for you is not included in the plugin support.
The table tools functionalities are based on a 3rd party HTML5 library and they are not customizable. Unfortunately, the library allows very little “fine-tuning” of the generated files, so font, size, and other properties cannot be changed.
There are some limitations in this library we will emphasize for your awareness:
For tables with server-side processing, only the visible rows will be exported to any format. If you want the entire table to be exported (or copied to a clipboard), you need to choose the “Show All” feature in the “show … entries” block, and then do the export:
Generated PDF, XLS, CSV are not customizable. Unfortunately, the library allows very little “fine-tuning” of the generated files, so font, size, and other properties cannot be changed (but the title can – see below).
Conditional formatting is not reflected in any of generated export files.
Other front-end extensions cannot be combined with Table Tools. If you have row grouping enabled for the table, or there are some customizations you did yourself, they won’t be reflected in the generated Excel, CSV or PDF document, nor in the clipboard.
When you export tables with the wpDataTables plugin, please note that you can export values, but not formulas. WpDataTables doesn’t support exporting formulas, so a Formula column will be exported only with values; and any calculations of Average, MIN, MAX, and Total will not be exported at all.
Exporting images is not possible at the moment, but you are able to export them as HTML with the new “Include HTML” option.
You can’t export columns that are hidden – they will not be visible in any exporting or printing tool.
Export numbers with comma as decimal separators have issues in the Excel report. Please use the CSV export button or change column type to string for these columns.

My advice would be to acquire the WP Advanced PDF plugin, which offers a lot more options when creating PDF files from our tables, along with other content on your website.

And, regarding Google Sheets,
When you use Google Spreadsheets to create a table, you can either :
1. Link the table to Google Spreadsheets, when you modify or add new rows, the plugin will show those changes within 15 minutes (since there's cache on Google's side). More details here.
If you don't want to face any issues with cache, you can use the Google Sheets API method. ( more details here-)
2. If you import the file, the plugin reads the source file and creates a manual table. Once the table is created, it is no longer linked to the source file, so changing data in the table will not show up on Google Spreadsheet, and vice-versa. To modify this table, you can either switch to the Excel-like view, and then select and copy the range of cells you want to paste from the source file, and paste it in the Excel-like view, or you can save the new rows as a CSV file without headers, find the manually created table in the database, and import it through there. (more details here )

Let me know how that sounds, and if you have further questions. Thanks
just wanted to point out that we have a Demo Sandbox site, where you can try out the plugin functionalities, on this link
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, So if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)

Hello Jainam,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In Amelia you can export the data in CSV file and these are the option that you can choose to export
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
