We're using Buddypress. Can I let users show their owned entries on their profiles using shortcode? FYI, we are planning to collect data from users using Gravity Form.
wpDataTables doesn't have an integration with BuddyBoss, so you'd need to pull the data from the database using MySQL query-based tables. You should have no issues adding tables to your customers' profiles. If you want one table for everyone, but to display data related to each logged-in user, you can utilize the "Users see and edit only their own data" feature.
If you're using Gravity Forms, you can use the "Filter by user" option in a table generated from Gravity Forms:
Thank you for this information. Actually, our concern is that when a member A visits member B profile, member B can see the entries added by member A. can this achieved by your plugin or by Gravity Form?
I'm sorry for wasting your time by not being able to clarify our inquiry. Still, you didn't get it.
I meant if a user submits an entry, can this user present this entry in their profile for other visitors to see. is there a short code that can accomplish this?
Our project design is that medical students submit the patients cases they're working on using gravity form to a single data base managed by Datatable plugin for professor to review. However, we also need those users can present their submitted cases on their profiles for visitors to see.
The user himself can't present this entry, but there is a Single Cell shortcode that can take the data of a single cell from the table and display it on a page.
In the documentation, you can see the video of this being used on a page.
Other than that, there's no way of pre-filtering the table on a student's page other than maybe using the URL pre-filtering option.

Hi Aleksandar;

Hi again Khalid
If the "Filter by user" option is enabled in a Gravity Forms-based table, then user A won't see entries of user B and vice versa.
As for the other ticket, that's not assigned to me, and I can see my colleague Milos already responded, so please continue there.
Kind Regards,
