I have set both phone number and email as mandatory fields to book (see attached) and in fact on the front end booking they are all good. However when I get the booking from my clients phone numbers are not coming through in the patient info, only email addresses. How to fix?
Can you explain to us in a little more detail? Do you not see the phone number when you click on appointments in the back, or do you get the phone number in the notifications?
I don't see the patient phone number collected anywhere. It's not on the notification email that someone booked and it's not on the appointment if I double click on the calendar. I only see the email address. But when I go to the general settings, phone is required to book and same thing if I book an appt myself. The phone number field is there with a star.
You can see customer's phone number in the back when you click on the appointment like this
If you want to see the customer's phone number in notifications for employees, you need to set a placeholderĀ %customer_phone% so that data appears in notifications like this
