My issue amelia notifications are going to spam. I have an amazon SES account and the email domain that the notifications come from has been verified with with Amazon. Other emails sent from the site via amazon servers all arrive and dont go to spam, expect for amelia notifications.
In amazon SES I create the smtp credentials and load those to Amelia under settings successfully. On sending a test email, it goes to spam. Inspecting the email headers show the the SPF and DKIM are all 100% fine.
What could be the issue and do you have a tutorial for configuring amelia with amazon ses? Your current smtp video only covers using gmail.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Amelia doesn't do anything except trigger an email to be sent using your credentials.
Just like installing any desktop email program, entering the same credentials, and using them. There is nothing in our plugin that would flag emails as SPAM.
Maybe the content of the emails does that - every mailing provider has keywords and looks at how many times someone has received an email with the same or similar content.

Hello Robin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

If someone receives an email with similar content 20 times, it might be flagged as spam. You can read more about how to prevent mail from going to spam at the following link https://movableink.com/blog/how-to-prevent-emails-from-going-to-spam.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
