I *tried* to set up the Google Calendar API sync. My Google Dashboard interface was slightly different (I know Google keeps updating things to complicate everyone's life) but I think I successfully followed the steps.
However, at the end I got a warning telling me I need to send Google lot's of official documentation and a detailed explanation of what I am doing - see attached screenshot.
My question is, did I do something wrong that means I need all of these security steps?
In case this is "normal", do you have this documentation I can copy and send to Google?
I'm feeling a little overwhelmed right now so I hope you can give me some guidance!
I don't know what the "normal" reply time is but I would like to move forward as quickly as possible because I am within the 14-day refund period and I want to be sure the plugin serves my needs within that time.
In regards to my last response, I was referring to permissions that would allow me to log into your Google Cloud Platform so I can perform checks and provide you with an update and perform checks.
Got it! I now realise I had made a mistake with the "employee". It also seems I will need to prepare documents to make it official with Google, which was part of my original request.
One last thing connected to this, can I synchronise multiple Google calendars (under one under name) ? I use multiple calendars to manage my time and this would make life a LOT easier.
I've attached a screenshot from my Calendly account in case my explanation wasn't clear.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. In Amelia, you cannot have multiple calendars that merge into one. You can have only one calendar connected and you need to enter events only in that calendar so that Amelia can work properly with the calendar integration.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

Ah, Sorry! I misunderstood!
I've just added you as an owner.

Hello Simon,
I have seen the invitation and logged in and verified that you did nothing wrong in setting it up.
Can you please proceed to configure the Google Calendar, test it out, and let me know if you need further assistance?
Looking forward to your reply.
