Hello, I am trying to add a physical location to my booking forms, this is available on Saturday's only, and I offer zoom appointments all days including Saturday.
I am the only staff member, and want to give clients the option to book for zoom apointments every day, or if they choose to meet at my physical location they can only select from Saturday time-slots.
I cannot assign 2 locations to my profile, or duplicate my profile with same credentials. I have tried setting up duplicate services to assign to specific location, but can't see how to limit the day available to Saturday only.
I hope there is a solution for this? Also, I cannot get the google map to load, even though I have entered my API used elsewhere on my site.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Yes, you can have one employee in multiple locations but not at the same time. Amelia's logic is that one employee can't be in two or more places at the same time.
You can assign employees to different locations per work period.
For example, an employee can work in London from 09 am to 12 pm and then he can be assigned to work in New York from 12 pm to 17 pm.
Or if you need your employees to be present at all locations in full time you will need to create employees for each of those locations.
You can read more about locations and how to manage them here.
Hope this helps.
Working hours and location depend on the employee. You can set one location in services but once you go to employee working hours you can set that employee works on "physical location" Monday-Friday and you can set that he works on Zoom location on Saturdays for example.
As for API did you enable Google Map API Keys on your Google account (enabling all necessary API's from the screenshot below), and have you added your billing account? You can read more about this here.
When these are enabled, please add the APIs in API Restrictions on the "Credentials" page:
If you did all this, please check if you inserted the API keys in Google Map API Key option in General settings of Amelia.
