I am trying to implement the 'new' step by step form. However, once a user has chosen a date, the actual date chosen is showing in a very strange way. See screen grab. Any way to fix this?
After the initial investigation, we still can't find the exact root of why the date selection looks weird like that.
We tried to change the WP Theme to one of the default ones, to see if it might be a Bootstrap conflict between theme and Amelia;
but still the same.
We didn't want to mess with your site too much, but it needs further investigation.
If you wish to test if it might be a conflict between Amelia and another plugin, you can try this :
please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin,
purge all cache of the site, then refresh the page where the issue is, and see if the issue stops.
If it does, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue comes back.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
- But i am honestly not sure if it's a conflict, or something else. It is worth a shot, if you wish to try.
We didn't want to deactivate/activate plugins, as we are not aware if this might disrupt the flow of your site/bookings.

But if you can make a test/staging version of the site for us - then our devs can take a closer look.
Would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

Hello Colin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please send us the URL link of the page where this is happening so that we can test and inspect it?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, Colin
A senior colleague found the solution.
You have set a custom date format in WordPress general settings
If we change it to any of the default date selections, such as this
Now the booking shows the correct date, it does not look weird anymore :
So, if this might be a solution, can you switch to any of the default date settings on the live site WordPress,
and it should be OK?
Let me know how it goes, and if that is acceptable for you, unless it's crucial to use custom Date format.
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
