When we setup google meet integration, when a client book a session from one of employe the google meet session is created using employee's google account or main google account that we used to generate public and private keys for integration?
When an appointment is booked, the customer and employee receive a link to Google Meet. The employee will be the "host" and will be able to access the appointment without you having to grant them access to the appointment. It is necessary that your employee is connected to its google mail and that's it.
Thanks for the feedback. We want to have one google enterprises account creating all the meetings, not the employee's email to be used. most of our meetings have over 500+ participants so not all employees will have premium google meet accounts to have that capacity.
is there any possibility of doing this? if custom development is required how much it will going to cost and how many days will the development take?
Unfortunately, you cannot achieve exactly everything you want. Each employee must have his own email. But there is a workaround where all employees can use one email. We are not sure that this solution is completely suitable for you, but for now, there is no other way.
For the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address.
Hope this helps in case it doesn't I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

We basically need to know who will be the host.
Hello Rajika,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When an appointment is booked, the customer and employee receive a link to Google Meet. The employee will be the "host" and will be able to access the appointment without you having to grant them access to the appointment. It is necessary that your employee is connected to its google mail and that's it.
Hope this helps.

Hi
Any update on this?
Thanks

For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.
