No, that option is only related to the "time slot appearance on the front". We went to your site and as far as we can see all your services are working. You can see it on the screenshots
You have enabled an option where the minimum booking time before the appointment is 10 minutes and you may have tried to book during that time interval and for that reason you could not book.
We cannot replicate the issue, every service we chose worked normally and we were able to book it for today.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

So this is working properly, but you can also see that your time slots are not in order, which indicates that there is a conflict.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
I like to book a new booking on the current day.. When i try to select a date today (as soon as possible) it gives me 1 hour from now() ? Why?
i think it has to do with option: "(general settings) Use service duration for booking a time slot "
Then i disable that the buton keeps spinning and nothing happens (unable to book)

|i still not undertand.. There are no bookings at this moment.. But when i try to book (now) the closed time available is 14:30 and now it is 12:45
Why can't i book from 13:00 or even somting closer like 12:47

After that i changed the thweme to the default "Twenty Twenty" and still i keeps rolling
