Opening a new ticket since my old one was closed and might not be seen.
We suddenly experience issues with sending notifications, when I''m trying to send a test notification from the templates, it does not work either. Console shows a status 500 when doing this.
This one every 5 min: wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/scheduled/send
This one every 15 min: wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/undelivered/send
The last one does not seem to be working anymore (runs very long and then times out). The first one says 'no data' when I run it manually ofc.
What happened:
A customer provided a wrong e-mail address while booking and the cron kept running again for 2 days straight. We adjusted the mail address of that customer and then it all stopped.
At the same time we updated the plugin to the latest version as well, so that changed too. Other than that, settings are the same as they have been for the last year.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Is there a way we can 'flush' the pending jobs for the cron jobs? I guess it had something to do with that.
If a customer enters a wrong email adress we still have big issues, the plugin should deal with this. For example stop after 4 failed attempts + send notification to admins.
Also, can we use a plugin to change the login URL or would that break certain things?
I want to change the /wp-login.php to something else to avoid a lot of login-bots trying to brute force their way in because it is super-annoying. But I wonder if it would cause issues with the cron jobs or something else.
We have passed this question to our developers to check if they have any workaround for this and will provide you with an update as soon as we have one.

amelia-booking.js?ver=5.1:1 POST wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/email/test&ameliaNonce=2c6020bdd4 500
We still have two cronjobs running.

Hello Gil,
Thank you for reaching back to us.

Can you please elaborate on what you are referring to in this part of your query?

The cron jobs that I was referring to, these ones:
This one runs every 5 min: wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/scheduled/send
This one runs every 15 min: wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/undelivered/send
I'd like to know if there is a way we can clear what's still in queue to be send out, or how we can avoid the issue that happened in the future.
Thanks
