You have option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Google Settings in Amelia plugin. When you enable this option it will be removed the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.
Please note: In order for these slots to be removed the events in Google Calendar must be set as Busy.
For second point that's ok, unfortunately for the first one every parameters are like you say but it's not working. For information it is not working on events done by "crenolib", another schedule service that i used.
For appointment detais to be shown in the calendar you need to set up u few things first. User or appointment details can be displayed in Google Calendar. You just need to put placeholders in Event Description filed that you can find in settings/integrations/Google Calendar
There you can choose which detail will appear in your Google Calendar.
Also we should mention that the integration with Google Calendar is also supported for events in Amelia, so employees can have their events in their calendars as well.
In order for an event in Amelia to be synced with Google, you need to add an Organizer for the event when you create the event on the Amelia Events page.
You will find the option in the Event modal and you can choose one of the employees you have in Amelia for this position, but please note that the employee you choose must be connected to their Google calendar on the Employees page as well.
You can also add more employees to the event, of course, using the Staff option, and the event will be added to these employees’ Google Calendars as well (if they are connected to their Google calendars on the Employees page).
The employee that is assigned to the event in Amelia as the Organizer will be shown in Google as the organizer as well. Employees that are assigned to the Amelia event as Staff, will be shown as attendees in the Google Calendar event.

You can read more in our documentation about Configuring Google Calendar in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
As for time slot, you just need to set the default time slot to be less than an hour in Amelia /settings/general settings and that is it
Hope this helps.
