When viewing on a desktop it works perfectly. But all my mobile clients say they can't view the pop up window to pay or fill out the form. No one is able to book using a mobile phone. When I preview mode, nothing happens when I choose mobile view. There is nothing to click on. The screenshot is from my mobile phone and the desktop.jpg is my desktop view.
I can not replicate the issue on my phone, i just reviewed the booking page, and i try to book the same Service, as shown on screenshots;
It is appearing correctly. I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, here are screenshots from my phone :
So, i can see everything, i just didn't try to press to finish the booking, i don't wish to disrupt your appointment schedule, or to get anyone confused if an employee sees my "Test Customer" booking.
But i expect that the booking works - if they book from Desktop > most probably the booking functionality is not the issue > just that they are not able to visually see the booking Form, i guess.

Can you tell me, on what kind of phones is this issue happening for?
Is it maybe just for specific devices?
I will get a colleague who has an iPhone to try, and my friend who has a Samsung phone - i will test as many different devices as possible. So far, on my desktop / and with Browser "phone simulation", as well as on my phone - i can see the Form without issues...

And by the description that you gave ,
It is possible that this is some kind of a conflict between Amelia and another plugin on your site, or the current theme.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin,
purge all cache of the site, then refresh the page where the issue is, and see if the issue stops.
If it does, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue comes back.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
