In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

No, we do not have restrictions and you do not need a special configuration for iPhone. We have thousands of users from the US that are using iPhone-s with Amelia. Can you please try and purge the cache from the device and from your browser and please let us know if that has solved the issue.

We are based in Europe and we can see your booking form
As for not showing in the US, we will admin access so that we can investigate further.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

After further inspection of the page, we encountered two Ajax 423 errors.
We can initially see the Service selection, but if we select and press "Continue", the time slots are just spinning and the error occurs.
These are the error messages from both errors :

My advice is to first check the version of Amelia. If you don't have the latest version 5.1, please update.
Updating the plugin to the latest version
If that does not help;
Please grant us temporary Administrator access credentials, as I mentioned - then we will be able to test, if this only happens to users who are not Admin, possibly.

Can you tell us , if you log in as Administrator - can you see the form without issues?

This might be a permissions issue.
If that is the case, please disable any security plugin you might have - if that does not help,
also contact your service provider and show them these error pictures that we shown you - they might be able to resolve it for you.
